Hello Learn to Burn Students and Parents!
I am attaching the letter that we give to all of our clients before concerts. You must read it!
That said, the highlights are:
Recital is April 4th at 2:00pm, student call is at 11:00am.
Rehearsals are March 14th and 28th from around 9:00 to around 3:00. We're working on the rehearsal schedule, so you only have to be there when your songs are happening. Please let me know ASAP if you have conflicts on those days that we need to work around. Rehearsals are MANDATORY.
Recital fee is $30 per student to cover rehearsal time, recital venue, and other costs.
I want to organize rehearsal and recital food among my clients and some of the other families. We will need finger food like fruit trays and cookies for both rehearsals and the recital. Plates, cups, and napkins will be provided. I think I will make a sign-up sheet and leave it upstairs at Learn to Burn.

Hello Students and Parents!
I'm going to leave little notes here and there for my students when I have something interesting y'all need to know about.
Today, it's your invoices. I've been looking closely at those lately, and I've realized that the way My Music Staff handles your payments is a little weird. When you make a payment for lessons it shows up in the payment column. But if you've ever paid me for anything else, be it piano books, recital fees, or even credit card fees, it shows up in the charges column as a negative charge (two negatives equals a positive). I hope that clears things up for you as you look at your invoice details.
Do you have any suggestions for me? Anything you'd like me to start teaching, or anything I could be doing better from the business side? Please let me know! I love incorporating new ideas into my business practices. I'll do whatever it takes to make you, my wonderful clients, happy!
